01

A short history

VOXI was introduced in 2017 as a Vodafone mobile brand. Its identity is associated with particular app-related data features, which are defined by the selected plan and terms.

02

What its features mean

Read which applications and activities qualify. Adverts, external links, calling functions and hotspot activity can have different treatment. A feature’s name is not a substitute for its exclusions.

03

SIM-only arrangements

The underlying SIM allowance still matters when an activity falls outside an app inclusion. Check the renewal period, account controls and supported handset functions.

04

Phones and upgrades

If a handset uses a separate payment route, locate those documents independently. Stopping a recurring SIM payment does not automatically cancel a device agreement.

05

The monthly account

VOXI describes renewable subscriptions. Review when the period starts, how payment recurs and what changing the active category does to its features. Keep the original confirmation.

06

PAYG, credit and recurring packs

Do not infer a stored credit balance from a renewable allowance. Apply VOXI’s payment and expiry rules rather than generic instructions for another network’s PAYG service.

07

Digital SIM and replacement

VOXI supports eSIM and provides SIM management online. Its guidance distinguishes switching format and transferring to a new device. Use those specific routes and protect the activation details.

08

Bills, payments and extra use

For VOXI, place the official statement next to the contract summary. Identify the dates covered, recurring airtime, any device payment and additional services. An allowance reset may not match the calendar month. If an unfamiliar item appears, ask the provider for its category and supporting usage record. A spending cap can have exclusions, so confirm what it controls before relying on it.

09

PAC and keeping the number

When moving a number away from VOXI, request a PAC through its official process or text PAC to 65075 from a single active line. Check the information returned about the existing commitment. Give a valid code to the receiving provider and let it arrange the handover. Keep access to both SIMs until completion. A replacement SIM, an internal plan change and a move between companies are not interchangeable instructions.

10

Coverage, calling and faults

Use VOXI coverage and service-status information for the locations that matter. Vodafone network is background to the connection, not a guarantee at a particular desk or room. Check the handset’s supported calling functions and software. Record whether calls, texts or data fail and when. Reversible checks and a short log help official technical support; this independent website cannot investigate or repair infrastructure.

11

Travel and international use

VOXI says the SIM should be activated in the UK before travel. Check roaming separately from domestic app features, including the destination and any fair-use conditions.

12

Home internet and connected devices

Check the data treatment for tethering a laptop or tablet. A phone app inclusion does not necessarily make every internet activity on the connected device exempt from the base allowance.

13

Later changes and leaving

Keep VOXI notices about renewal, changed inclusions and scheduled adjustments. Find the date each commitment ends and ask what continues afterwards. Before stopping service, obtain an account-specific explanation of any outstanding device balance and early termination obligations. Use the provider’s cancellation route or the receiving provider’s switching process rather than treating stopped payments as cancellation.

14

Account tools and a useful question

The relevant starting point is VOXI online account. Access it through a genuine provider link and retain copies of important confirmations. Ask: which agreement controls this change, when does it take effect and what remains active afterwards? Never share passwords, one-time security messages, eSIM codes or banking credentials with us. General explanation can be given without taking control of the account.
